المربّي تطبيق تعليمي للأطفال دون العاشرة. صُمّم ليعمل دون إنترنت،
ولا يجمع أي بيانات شخصية عن الطفل: لا اسم، ولا صورة، ولا موقع،
ولا صوت، ولا رقم هاتف للطفل. كل التعلّم يجري على الجهاز.
Murabbi is an educational app for children under 10. It is designed to work
fully offline and collects no personal data from
children: no name, no photo, no location, no audio, no phone number
of the child. All learning happens on the device.
What we never collect
- We never ask for a child's name, age, photo, or voice.
- No camera, microphone, or location access.
- No advertising of any kind, no trackers, no advertising identifiers,
no third-party analytics SDKs.
- We never sell or share data with anyone for marketing purposes.
What we store, and why
- Learning progress (mastered letters/numbers, in-app
coins): stored on the device, with an optional backup on our own server
keyed by a random anonymous identifier generated by the
device. It identifies no one.
- Play time: we count minutes of play to enforce the
free allowance (10 minutes) and the subscription afterwards. Stored
locally; an anonymous-keyed copy is mirrored to our server.
- Parent account (entirely optional): if a parent
creates one to keep progress across devices, we store the
parent's phone number and name only, verified via a
WhatsApp code. The account belongs to the adult; nothing is ever asked
of the child, and every game works with no account.
- Payments: subscriptions are purchased exclusively
through your platform store (App Store or Google Play). The store
handles payment entirely; we never receive card or bank
details. We store only your subscription status
(active/expired) to unlock the feature.
Where data lives, and deletion
- Parent accounts: on secure, managed cloud infrastructure operated by a trusted service provider.
- Progress backup and subscription state: on our own
server. All transport is HTTPS.
- Deletion: in-app ("For Parents → Account → Delete
account") permanently deletes Murabbi data from the device and our
server. You may also request deletion or a copy of your data by email
at any time.
Children's safety & compliance
- Every purchase and every external link sits behind a
parental gate (a typed-answer arithmetic question)
before it can be reached.
- No chat, no user-generated content, no open web browsing anywhere in
the child's experience.
- We comply with the App Store Kids Category and Google Play Families
policies, and with COPPA / GDPR-K
principles: no personal data is collected from children; parent data is
collected from the parent, behind the gate.
