1. The service

Murabbi is an educational app for children under 10 that teaches letters, numbers, and words through games, fully offline. Every user receives a free allowance of 10 minutes of play; further unlimited play requires a subscription.

2. Plans & pricing

Prices are shown inside the app and at your platform store's checkout (App Store or Google Play) in your local currency at the time of purchase. Prices may change in the future; changes never affect an active subscription.

3. Payment & activation

• Payment is made exclusively through the platform store: the App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android, with your store account, governed by that store's terms. We never receive card or bank details.
• The subscription is activated automatically upon purchase and grants the duration listed above.
• All purchase flows in the app sit behind a parental gate.

4. Refunds

Refunds follow your platform store's policy: App Store purchases through Apple, Google Play purchases through Google. For help, contact support@telebac.com.

5. Accounts & acceptable use

• The parent account is optional and nothing is ever asked of the child. Parents are responsible for their credentials and can delete their account in-app.
• Abusing the app or circumventing subscription limits is prohibited.
• All educational content, artwork and audio are owned by or licensed to us and may not be extracted or redistributed.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". Gameplay never depends on our server; it only carries backups and subscription activation.
